Shipping
We ship most orders within one to two business days, excluding weekends and holidays. We use USPS Priority Mail for all of our online orders. The United States Postal Service's Priority Mail offers 2-3 day service to most domestic (USA) destinations.
Voltaire's Cup offers FREE SHIPPING* on an order of $75.00 or more.
For an order less than $75.00, the shipping rate is calculated on the total weight of the products and packing materials and the destination of your order. To reflect the policies of USPS Priority Mail, the weight of the order is rounded up to the next full pound.
Voltaire's Cup uses USPS Priority Mail exclusively because their cost is generally less expensive but with faster delivery than other shipping methods.
We ship to USA addresses only.
*Free shipping does not apply to special custom orders.
Returns
Every product is hand selected and packaged for shipping to insure quality. If you find that you need to return a product, please contact us for product return information.
Please note: Coffee (both whole and ground) is non-returnable, non-refundable. Other food and beverage items may be returned within 30 days of shipping, if they are unopened.
Shipping for returned items is not the responsibility of Voltaire's Cup.
Please Note: Refused delivery will result in the customer paying ALL shipment costs including orders that qualified for free shipping initially. Refund of merchandise will only be issued after receipt of returned, unopened package, less the cost of shipping.
